The plot, measuring approximately one acre and located in Raidurg, drew intense interest due to its strategic location and mixed-use development potential. The achieved price has shattered the previous record of Rs 88,000 per square yard set in 2017, marking a dramatic surge in premium real estate valuation in the city's core business district.
