Rahul Gandhi urges Bihar youth to join 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' to combat vote theft, protect democracy

Patna, Aug. 14 -- Ahead of embarking on the proposed 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi urged the youth of the state to join him in the fight against alleged vote theft and irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar to ensure 'one person, one vote' and to protect democracy.

In a brief video posted on 'X', he said: "We need the youth of Bihar in this battle. All young people should join us to safeguard the Constitution."

The Congress leader will embark on the state-wide Yatra on August 17 from Sasaram. For about a fortnight, he will travel across the state, including Gaya, Munger, Katihar, Purnia, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Champaran and Arrah.
