New Delhi, Oct. 16 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today launched a sharp critique against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that the Prime Minister is "frightened of Trump" and allows the US President to influence India's policy decisions.
Gandhi backed his claim by citing specific instances that, he says, reveal Modi's reluctance to assert India's independent stance on the global stage.
Highlighting the cancellation of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's planned visit to the United States, Gandhi labeled it as "a clear sign of fear" on Modi's part.
