Buenos Aires, April 2 -- Racing left-back Gabriel Rojas has been ruled out of his team's clash with Independiente on Saturday after suffering a hamstring tear while on international duty with Argentina.
Rojas sustained the injury while making his debut for Argentina in a 2-1 friendly win over Mauritania in Buenos Aires on Friday.
The 28-year-old is expected to be sidelined for two to four weeks. "Gabriel Rojas has suffered a tear in the long head of the right biceps femoris," Racing said in a social media post on Wednesday.
