Patna, Sept. 11 -- Bihar Health and Law Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mangal Pandey today said that the inauguration of Purnia Airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 15 will give wings to the development of Eastern Bihar.
