Chandigarh, Feb. 12 -- In the ongoing matter regarding controversial remarks allegedly made against Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO, Advocate Arvind Kumar Sachdeva on Wednesday appeared before the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission on behalf of the Leader of the Opposition (LoP), Pratap Singh Bajwa.
The legal representative submitted a formal written response and clarification to the Commission during the scheduled hearing on Wednesday.
Providing details on the proceedings, the Chairman of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission, S. Jasvir Singh Garhi, stated that the LoP's counsel denied all allegations of caste-based slurs or derogatory remarks.
