Patiala, Dec. 27 -- The Patiala police has asked officials of UK-based Sentric Music and Mumbai-based Believe Digital to appear before it on January 5, 2026 in an alleged case of music royalty fraud in which the two main accused are Bangladeshi nationals Sheikh Saami Mohammad and Sheikh Shafi Mohammad.
In an ongoing probe into the alleged transnational cheating involving misappropriation of royalties of the song 'Ishqam' featuring Mika Singh and Ali Quli Mirza which was released by Navrattan Music, Patiala police have sent fresh notices to the CEO and others from Believe Digital music company, as also to officials of the UK-based firm.
