Chandigarh, Sept. 10 -- Punjab Police have arrested four more drug traffickers, recovering 12 kg of heroin and a .30-bore pistol with a magazine, bringing the total heroin seizure in the case to 20.1 kg, Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said.

The arrests follow the earlier apprehension of notorious smuggler Soni Singh and four associates, from whom 8.1 kg of heroin was seized.

The latest arrests include Gurbehj Singh (50) and his son Gurditt Singh (22) from Narla village, Tarn Taran; Malkit Singh (50) from Dal village, Tarn Taran; and Gurjit Singh (29) from Kotli Saka, Ajnala, Amritsar.
