Pune, Oct. 4 -- Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar today assured the people that notorious gangster Nilesh Ghaywal's passport will be seized and he will be brought back to India.

Kumar claimed that the investigation has revealed that Ghaywal had obtained the passport using forged documents and false information. Authorities have already initiated proceedings to cancel it.

In connection with the Kothrud firing case, Ghaywal and his associates have been booked under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). It was found that he secured the passport by submitting a fake address in Ahilyanagar and a false affidavit claiming he had no criminal cases registered against him. He also deliberately misspelt his surname as "Gaywal"...
