Pune, Feb. 5 -- A cricket tournament organised by the Pune City Bengali Cricket Club saw the participation from 12 teams, including players from Pune city, various parts of Maharashtra, and even Kolkata. The 24th edition of the tournament concluded successfully at Tebekar Ground, Bibewadi, Pune.
The valedictory ceremony was attended by MLA Hemant Rasne, corporator Vishal Dhanwade, Subrato Majumdar, Pune City Bengali Cricket Club president Nayan Sheikh, Secretary Abbas Sheikh, working president Rafael Sheikh, members Jersil Sheikh, Habib Mandlik, Sanjay Pal, along with a large number of members from the Bengali community.
