Bhubaneswar, Nov. 11 -- Prof. Satoru Yoshimura, Director of Department of Materials Science at Akita University, Japan, visited the Physics Department of the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), faculty of engineering and technology of SOA Deemed to be University here, last week.
Prof. Yoshimura, who was accompanied by his research scholar, Ms. Swati Sucharita Das, a former M.Sc. student of ITER, delivered an excellent talk on the subject 'Development of Ferromagnetic and Ferroelectric Thin Films with excellent Magnetic Properties and their application to newly proposed High-Performance Magnetic Devices'.
