New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has rejected a plea by Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi seeking a copy of the new FIR registered by the Delhi Police Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in connection with the National Herald case.
While dismissing the petition, the court said that information about the FIR could be shared, but a certified copy of the document would not be provided to the seven accused.
In a related development, the Sessions Court has upheld this stance by setting aside an earlier order from a lower court.
