Kolhapur, Jan. 25 -- Former state Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Sunday demanded a white paper on the MoUs announced in Davos so far by CM Devendra Fadnavis, and how many large foreign industries have started in Maharashtra during his tenure.
"It is not right to criticize the Maharashtra Chief Minister's visit to Davos. If MoUs worth Rs 30 lakh crore have really been signed, then it is a matter of joy," said the former chief minister.
Tweeting on his official X account, the senior Congress leader and former union minister, said: "Even foreign investment is necessary for the progress of the state, but it is not right to mislead the public by giving big numbers of the investment , because the truth will eventually come out".
