New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- : The preliminary report on the aircraft crash that occurred in Baramati, Maharashtra, on January 28 is expected to be released next week.
In the accident, all five people on board, including Maharashtra's then Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, lost their lives.
The Learjet-45 business aircraft belonging to VSR Ventures had flown from Mumbai to Baramati. While landing in Baramati, it met with an accident at one end of the runway and subsequently caught fire.
The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) said that the data from the Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) has been successfully downloaded.
