Bengaluru, Feb. 28 -- Karnataka tennis stars SD Prajwal Dev and Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha were felicitated by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA) with a cheque of Rs 1 lakh each for their outstanding performance in the 38th National Games.
The duo scripted history by clinching Karnataka's first-ever gold medal in tennis at the prestigious event, defeating Services Sports Control Board's Ishaque Iqbal and Faisal Qamar 6-3, 6-1 in the final.
