Agartala, Feb. 17 -- The founder of the ruling BJP's ally in the Tripura government, The Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA) Motha, Pradyot Kishore Debbarman, appealed to the indigenous communities to rise above political divisions and collaborate for collective advancement in the upcoming Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (ADC) elections, slated for the next couple of months.

Addressing his followers in Dhalai District, he stressed that social and political fragmentation hampers development and jeopardises opportunities for future generations of all the communities in the state.
