Hyderabad, Sept. 11 -- Telangana Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy today inaugurated the "Indiramma Indla" call center, set up at the Housing Corporation office here to resolve grievances of housing beneficiaries.
The toll-free number 1800 599 5991 will function daily from 0700 to 2100 hours, enabling beneficiaries to raise issues ranging from non-payment of bills to technical glitches and allegations of corruption.
In a unique gesture, Minister Ponguleti himself acted as a telecaller during the launch and directly interacted with beneficiaries.
