Ranchi, Dec. 21 -- A political controversy has broken out in Jharkhand after Health Minister Irfan Ansari announced a job offer for Dr Nusrat in the state with a salary of Rs 3 lakh, preferred posting, housing and security.
The opposition has levelled serious allegations against the government, while the ruling party has distanced itself, calling the statement a 'personal view'.
Former health minister and BJP leader Bhanu Pratap Shahi criticised the Hemant Soren government, stating that Jharkhand needs a clear and transparent employment policy.
He alleged that in the absence of such a policy, ministers could take arbitrary decisions affecting the rights of tribal and local youth.
