The demonstration, organized to protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, resulted in a heated confrontation and the use of water cannons to prevent the agitators from advancing.

The protest was sparked by the recent arrests of Indian Youth Congress leaders during an AI Summit at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. Congress activists attempted to bypass security cordons, leading to a physical struggle with law enforcement.
