Bengaluru, Feb. 25 -- Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara on Wednesday said police were investigating an incident at Azim Premji University in Bengaluru after a controversy over a proposed student discussion triggered protests and campus tension.
Parameshwara said law enforcement agencies were already looking into the matter and warned that strict action would be taken against anyone attempting to take the law into their own hands.
"The police are already looking into the incident and if somebody tries to take the law into their own hands, we will definitely handle them. They were discussing an issue related to Kashmir. We will definitely handle it," he said.
