Pune, Jan. 23 -- The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has taken a major step towards digital governance by making 29 civic services fully online, significantly improving ease of access, transparency and service delivery for citizens.
The initiative has eliminated the need for frequent physical visits to PMRDA offices, saving both time and cost for residents.
To strengthen scientific and data-driven urban planning, PMRDA has launched an advanced Geographic Information System (GIS) portal.
