New Delhi, Jan. 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 28th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC) on Thursday, underscoring India's growing role as a key convener of global democratic dialogue.

The Prime Minister will also address the international gathering of parliamentary leaders at the opening session scheduled for 10:30 am at the Central Hall of Samvidhan Sadan in the Parliament House Complex.
