Puducherry, March 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi sharpened his attack on the previous Congress-DMK regime in Puducherry and said it acted as a speed breakers that impeded the union Territory's growth and development journey.
Addressing a large gathering after launching, dedicating to the nation and laying foundation stones for multiple development projects worth over Rs 2,700 crore, he said people should think how bad the Congress-DMK was during their regime.
