Meerut, Feb. 22 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the architect and creator of a new and modern India.
The Chied Minister was addressing a gathering in Mohiuddinpur here on Sunday on the occasion of the Prime Minister''s inauguration of the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Rapid Rail Corridor and the Meerut Metro.
