Hyderabad, March 15 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao on Sunday said people across the state, especially youth and women, are looking for political change and are increasingly turning towards the Bharatiya Janata Party.
He said the growing number of people joining the party reflects the rising support for the BJP in Telangana.
Speaking at a joining programme held at the BJP State Office in Nampally, Ramchander Rao welcomed several prominent leaders from Amberpet into the party.
Advocate Kavitha and Goud Sangam Chairman Giridhar Goud formally joined the BJP in his presence, along with several youth and women supporters.
Ramchander Rao said it was encouraging to see many young people and educated women joining the party.
