Itanagar, Jan. 26 -- Arunachal Pradesh on Monday celebrated the 77th Republic Day with patriotic fervour at Indira Gandhi Park, Itanagar, where State Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik unfurled the National Flag and addressed the people of the State.
