Patna, Jan. 27 -- The Patna High Court has confirmed the death sentences awarded to two convicts by a trial court in a murder case having its origin in a land dispute.

A division bench of Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad and Justice Sourendra Pandey while confirming the death sentences, cited the moral of a story in the epic Mahabharata, that aggressors meet a tragic end as divine punishment for their 'adharma', that is to try to kill their brothers (cousins) to seize power.
