Patna, Oct. 10 -- Patna High Court, in its continued monitoring of the noise pollution issue, sharply criticised the local authorities of Masaurhi for a report that claimed the sub-division was entirely free of noise pollution cases.

Hearing the matter, a single bench of Justice Rajiv Roy presided over the proceedings, which were attended by the Station House Officers (SHOs) of Kadamkuan, Pirbahore, and Masaurhi. Senior Advocate Ajay Kumar assisted the court as Amicus Curiae, alongside State Counsel Prashant Pratap.
