Geneva/New Delhi, Feb. 26 -- India slammed Pakistan at the UN Human Rights Council for ''hallucinating'' and living in ''La La Land,'' asserting that the developmental budget of Jammu and Kashmir is more than double the recent bailout package that Islamabad sought from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
India also asked Pakistan to vacate Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK), pointing out that the only outstanding dispute regarding this region is the illegal occupation of Indian territories by Pakistan.
