Una, May 10 -- Himachal Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Saturday visited Behad-Bhated village in Chintpurni Assembly constituency to inspect the site where a suspected Pakistani rocket fell late Friday night.
The rocket, believed to have been launched from a long-range missile launcher across the border, landed in a deserted area around 1:30 am, creating panic among local residents.
The Deputy Chief Minister, accompanied by Chintpurni MLA Sudarshan Bablu, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal, police officers, and administrative officials, assessed the impact site and interacted with villagers.
He commended the alertness of the locals who immediately informed the administration, enabling prompt action and investigation.
