Jammu, March 3 -- An NIA Court, Jammu, has allowed the central agency's plea seeking a Letter Rogatory (LR) to the competent judicial authority of the People's Republic of China for securing vital information linked to a GoPro Hero 12 Black camera. seized during the Pahalgram terror attack probe.
The order was passed by Special Judge Prem Sagar here on Monday.
As per the court record, the chief investigating officer, NIA DIG Sandheep Choudhary (IPS) moved an application under Section 112 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Samhita (BNSS) seeking an LR through the Ministry of External Affairs for assistance.
