Patna, March 14 -- Bihar Agriculture Minister Ram Kripal Yadav said on Friday that more than Rs 1,467 crore has been transferred to the bank accounts of over 73 lakh farmers in the state under the 22nd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi.
The minister said here that Prime Minister Narendra Modi transferred around Rs 18,650 crore to more than 9.32 crore farmers across the country from the Jyoti-Vishnu International Centre for Arts in Guwahati for the period December 2025 to March 2026.
Yadav said that so far more than 86.36 lakh beneficiaries in Bihar have received a total of Rs 30,092.80 crore in 21 installments under the scheme from the Government of India.
