Doha, April 2 -- More than 190 people have been injured in the United Arab Emirates due to falling debris from rockets and drones intercepted since the regional escalation began on February 28, the UAE Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
According to the ministry, a total of 191 people sustained injuries ranging from minor to severe. The injured included nationals from the UAE as well as Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Uganda, Eritrea, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Comoros, Turkey, Iraq, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Jordan, Palestine, Ghana, Indonesia, Sweden, and Tunisia.
