New Delhi, March 15 -- The inaugural International Film Festival Delhi (IFFD) announces a grandiose opening and closing for its first edition: it will open with Academy Awards nominee Sirat, Oliver Laxe's acclaimed road film, and close with Amoeba, a bold debut from Singaporean filmmaker Tan Siyou.
Both films will be screened at the inaugural edition of IFFD 2026, to be held at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan, the newly constructed hub of arts and culture that is hosting the main event, industry events and public screenings in multiple auditoriums and outdoor venues.
