The President was speaking at the Chanakya Defence Dialogue (CDD) 2025. Based on the theme "Reform to Transform: Sashakt, Surakshit aur Viksit Bharat," the two-day dialogue is being organized by the Indian Army in collaboration with the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) in the national capital today.
