Bhubaneswar, Aug. 22 -- Odisha Vigilance today conducted simultaneous searches at five locations linked to Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior Assistant of Cuttack City Hospital, for allegedly misappropriating over Rs.1.24 crore of government funds.
According to Vigilance sources, Sahani was found to have amassed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
To collect evidence, a large-scale search operation was carried out by nine DSPs, ten Inspectors, seven ASIs, and other supporting staff, based on search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack.
