Bhubaneswar, Jan. 15 -- Odisha should no longer be seen merely as a supplier of raw materials, but should advance as a knowledge-based economy and a manufacturing hub, said union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
Speaking at the Times Business Awards - Odisha in Bhubaneswar, on Thursday Pradhan emphasized that harnessing the state's vast potential can transform Odisha into a prosperous economic powerhouse.
He highlighted the importance of applying science and professional skills to turn local resources into employment-generating assets and connect them to global markets.
