Bhubaneswar, Oct. 31 -- Odisha, the maritime gateway of Eastern India, has once again demonstrated its maritime prowess, innovation, and cultural depth on a national stage.
The Odisha State Stall, themed "Odisha - Voyage of Heritage and Hope," at India Maritime Week (IMW) 2025 in Mumbai, has been awarded the Best Stall Award for its creative design, engaging content, and visionary presentation of the state's maritime legacy and future aspirations.
The award was presented by union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, to Bidhan Chandra Ray, Additional Secretary, Commerce & Transport Department; Padmalochan Roul, Director, Ports & IWT; and Capt. Sushant Bag, Chief Nautical Officer, Odisha Maritime Board.
