Bhubaneswar, Jan. 29 -- The Utkarsh Odisha - Make in Odisha Conclave 2025, which concluded on Wednesday, showcased immense potential for growth and prosperity in the textile, garment, silk, and handloom sectors in the state.
According to official sources, a total of eight MoUs were signed, attracting a capital investment of Rs.7,762 crores across 36 units. This is expected to generate 22,000 direct and 66,000 indirect employment opportunities in Odisha.
The revised Odisha Textile and Technical Textile Policy 2022 (OATTP-2022) was launched on Wednesday.
