Bhubaneswar, Jan. 16 -- Following the detection of Nipah virus cases in West Bengal, the Odisha government on Friday issued an alert for districts bordering the state. Authorities have been instructed to promptly investigate and report any suspected cases, while ensuring hospitals are equipped with sufficient medicines, PPE kits, and medical equipment.
