With the state Budget 2026-27 allocating Rs. 421 crore for Urban Mobility, the government is setting the stage for a transformative expansion of electric bus services and technology-driven public transport across the state.
At the forefront of this green mobility revolution is the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT), the agency behind Odisha's flagship AMA Bus service, which has become a national benchmark in electric mobility adoption.
