Bhubaneswar, Oct. 8 -- The Odisha government has decided to restore Pather Puri, the ancestral residence of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore in Puri, and develop it into a museum dedicated to the Nobel laureate.
The decision was taken at a high-level review meeting of the Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department held here today under the chairmanship of Culture Minister Suryabanshi Suraj.
The meeting also decided to set up a theme pavilion at the upcoming Bali Jatra in Cuttack, beginning November 5, to highlight eminent Odia writers and their literary contributions.
Indonesia will be invited as the Partner Country for the event, while an Indian state will be featured as the Partner State under the "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" initiative...
