Bhubaneswar, Dec. 25 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Thursday said that the Odisha government is firmly resolved to completely eliminate Naxalism from the state.
Taking to his social media handle X, the Chief Minister stated that a significant success has been achieved in the ongoing joint security operation in Kandhamal district.
He informed that six Naxalites were killed in the operation, including Central Committee member Ganesh Uike.
Commending the security forces, Majhi praised their indomitable courage and precise coordination.
He said their dedicated efforts have further strengthened the government's commitment to making Odisha free from Naxalism.
