Bhubaneswar, Jan. 15 -- Odisha Chief Secretary Anu Garg on Thursday stressed that departmental secretaries should personally oversee projects in their respective jurisdictions to ensure effective implementation and public welfare.
Highlighting the importance of drinking water availability, Garg instructed secretaries to pay special attention to areas with dilapidated water pipelines, and to take remedial measures to benefit residents.
