Bhubaneswar, March 10 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, on Tuesday, expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for approving a new Amrit Bharat Express that will significantly improve railway connectivity in the state.
Giving a major boost to rail transport in Odisha, the Central Government has approved the launch of a new Amrit Bharat train service connecting Podanur and Dhanbad.
Ashwini Vaishnaw informed the Chief Minister about the decision through a letter. The new train service is expected to strengthen rail links between Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand.
