Bhubaneswar, June 7 -- The long-awaited health services for the people of Kandhamal have finally been realized with the inauguration of a 100-seat government medical college and a 650-bedded hospital in Phulbani, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said.

During his visit to Kandhamal district on Saturday, Majhi inaugurated the medical college and hospital and laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth about Rs. 750 crore aimed at the district's growth.
