Bhubaneswar, Feb. 6 -- Odisha is positioning itself as a global hub for health, skills, and digital finance while targeting ambitious economic milestones, Chief Secretary Anu Garg said at the Black Swan Summit India 2026, which commenced here on Thursday.

Addressing the summit, Garg said the state aims to create 10 million jobs by 2027, grow into a $500 billion economy by 2036, and reach $1.5 trillion by 2047, alongside strengthening urbanisation, disaster resilience, and women's workforce participation.
