Bhubaneswar, Jan. 9 -- The Odisha Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, on Friday approved the Odisha Tourism (Amendment) Policy-2026, a significant reform aimed at strengthening the State's tourism sector in line with Odisha's Vision-2036 and Vision-2047.

The amendments build upon the Odisha Tourism Policy-2022 and are designed to enhance investment competitiveness, promote sustainable and experiential tourism, encourage private sector participation, and ensure balanced regional development across the State.
