Bhubaneswar, Jan. 31 -- The budget session of the Odisha Assembly will commence on February 17 and continue till March 31 in two phases, Assembly sources said.
The first phase of the session will run from February 17 to 24, while the second phase will begin on March 9 and continue until March 31.
On the opening day, February 17, Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati will address the House. Following his address, the motion of thanks to the Governor will be taken up. The discussion on the motion of thanks is due February 18 and 19.
