Bhubaneswar, Feb. 2 -- In a significant boost to Odisha's industrial growth ambitions, the state government has allotted 1,447 acres of land to Vedanta Aluminium, paving the way for the company's future expansion and reinforcing Odisha's position as a major industrial hub.

The land allotment letter was handed over to Vedanta Aluminium - India's largest aluminium producer - by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, marking a key milestone in the state's push to accelerate large-scale industrial development.
